Hey guys - Clay here. Wanted to fill you in on the great event we held for European lens distributors the night before Silmo 2010 began. It was attended by distributors from Italy, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Great Britain and Austria. In addition to the presentation of our emPower! brand, the distributors enjoyed presentations from Mark Graham, our Director of Electronic Frames, and Peter Zieman, our Director of European Sales. Mark led an interesting discussion on frame innovations (see the photo) and showcased some of the cool new frame ideas that PixelOptics’s design team has created. We’ll be sure to post pictures of those frames on the blog in due time. Peter discussed how PixelOptics was putting the pieces in place to support our distributors in the coming years as new products are rolled out. The evening ended with demonstrations of the emPower! prototypes, and the feedback so far has been very positive.
